ABOUT THE LOCATION

VK Engineering & Architects – Boulevard Poincaré 78, 1000 Saint-Gilles

With its 1800 m², the new VK office embodies the company’s goals of sustainability and employee well-being. Located next to Brussels South Station, the office is surrounded by a good public transport system and new cycle networks. As far as the interior is concerned, the company has already undertaken various monitoring campaigns to check the quality of the indoor environment. Particular attention is paid to thermal comfort, acoustic comfort, air quality, daylighting, ergonomics, the link with nature, etc. The office also aims to become one of the first WELL-certified projects in Belgium.
